PMC Honoured at the National Level!
Pune Municipal Corporation has been conferred the Silver Award for its PMC 360 digital transformation initiative at the National e-Governance Awards 2026, presented by the Government of India.
Developed with the objective of delivering faster, transparent, accessible, and technology-driven citizen services, the PMC 360 initiative comprises a modern municipal website, an online services portal, WhatsApp-based citizen services, a strengthened grievance redressal system, and the successful implementation of AI and GIS-based digital solutions.
The prestigious award was formally presented during the 29th National e-Governance Awards Ceremony held in Jaipur. On behalf of Pune Municipal Corporation, the award was received by Hon. Additional Municipal Commissioner (Estate) Shri. Prajit Nair, Hon. Head of the Information Technology Department Shri. Rahul Jagtap, and Smt. Vandana Bhangare.
