<strong>PMC CARE</strong> is an important initiative by the Pune Municipal Corporation, developed with the objective of providing all essential services to citizens in a convenient and transparent manner through a single portal.

Through this platform, various services are made available, such as expressing opinions on online forums, writing blogs, participating in competitions, paying property tax, applying for birth and death certificates, paying water bills, filing NOCs and tracking complaints, sending important notifications to citizens, providing emergency contact numbers, locating nearby essential services, and more.

So far, the platform has enabled the exchange of information with citizens through 784 blogs, 358 events, 43 webinars, 14 competitions, and 24 groups. Additionally, the platform has facilitated 23,268 property tax transactions, issued 12,115 birth certificates and 3,371 death certificates, and successfully resolved 1,713 complaints.

<p>
Through app usage, website visits, and diverse interactions on social media, more than 17 million (1.7 crore) digital engagements have taken place. This multifaceted platform not only provides services but also acts as a central hub for information exchange and citizen interaction.
