- A total of 211 parks have been created within the jurisdiction of Pune Municipal Corporation through the Parks Department and opened for the use of citizens/senior citizens and children
- 3170 benches have been arranged in these 211 parks for senior citizens to sit.
- 211 pagodas have been constructed in these parks for the recreation of senior citizens. These pagodas are used for yoga asanas, pranayama, literary katta, comedy club etc.

- Open gyms have also been arranged in the parks of Pune Municipal Corporation for senior citizens to exercise.
- Accessible toilets for senior citizens have been provided in the parks of Pune Municipal Corporation. Ramps/side railings have been provided to make it easier to move around the place.
- Under the ongoing construction project in Pune city, the amenity space coming under the control of Pune Municipal Corporation is being used for garden development. In this, the Garden Department has created four (4) separate Nana-Nani gardens for senior citizens as follows.
