The repair work of various bridges in Pune city, identified through structural audits, aims to enhance the safety and longevity of these bridges. In the first phase, repair work will be carried out on 11 priority bridges. The key tasks include strengthening the bridges, replacing bearings, and changing expansion joints. This repair work will significantly extend the lifespan of old bridges and ensure their safety for vehicular traffic.
