Department Functions :

• Preparing agendas and resolutions for the General Body Meeting, Standing Committee, Law Committee, City Improvement Committee, Women and Children Welfare Committee, Sports Committee, Name Committee, and Education Committee.
• Conducting elections for the following positions:
  • Mayor
  • Deputy Mayor
  • Chairman of the Standing Committee
• Conducting elections for Chairman and Vice Chairman of the following committees:
  • Law Committee
  • City Improvement Committee
  • Women and Children Welfare Committee
  • Sports Committee
  • Name Committee
  • Education Committee
  • Ward Committee
• Processing honorarium and meeting allowances for municipal corporators.
• Managing salaries, maintaining service records, and handling other related administrative tasks.
• Preservation and management of official records and documents.
