Fire = Fuel + Heat + Oxygen

The combustion process involves the following elements:

• When all three elements come together, fire ignites. If any one element is removed, fire can be prevented.
• Combustible material or fuel
• Oxygen obtained from air or other sources
• Fire is created when a mixture of these two substances reaches a specific temperature.

LPG Safety Tips:

• Regularly check the rubber tube. If any defects are found, replace the rubber tube.
• Light the matchstick first, then turn on the stove knob.
• If there is a gas leak - do not turn on any electrical appliances, matches, lighters, or light the stove.
• Before taking a cylinder, make sure there is no gas leakage. Always keep the cylinder upright.
• If leakage is detected in the cylinder, immediately put on the safety cap. If there is no safety cap, apply soap on the leak and place the cylinder in an open area, then contact the distributor immediately.

In case of fire:

• Do not panic.
• Do not run around.
• Do not take shelter in the bathroom.
• Contact the fire department.
• Close the doors behind you when leaving.
• Try to go to the ground floor instead of the terrace.
• Do not use the lift to exit.
• If possible, use fire extinguishing equipment to put out the fire.
• If you know about any equipment, inform the fire department personnel.

How to contact the fire department:

• The officer at the control room will pick up your call.
• Provide them with your address, details of the incident, and your phone number.
• After hanging up, wait for a return call from the control room.
• Wait for the fire department personnel and cooperate with them
